Jean-Marc operates as the deputy for the corrupt mayor, whom he hates with every fiber of his being, and Arthur’s actions during these Stranger missions govern whether he uncovers the mayor’s corruption and becomes the new mayor of Saint Denis, or is killed by Arthur under Lemieux’s orders.
” The Artist’s Way ” is one of the most entertaining Stranger Missions. Arthur Morgan will encounter Charles Châtenay at a bar, who will ask to be treated to a drink.
