Call of Duty revealed the patch notes for the new updates, which affect both Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, in a new blog post . Modern Warfare 3 ‘s new patch targets two multiplayer maps, specifically Shipment and Sporeyard, addressing two issues that have been affecting gameplay. An issue causing inconsistent spawns on Shipment has been fixed, as has an exploit that allowed players to access out-of-bounds areas on Sporeyard. While Modern Warfare 3 features a variety of maps , the game’s selection of weapons sees the most changes in this latest patch. There have been several changes made to how shotguns work in Modern Warfare 3 , with the KV Broadside (MWII), Lockwood 300 (MWII), Expedite 12 (MWII), Bryson 800 (MWII), and Bryson 890 (MWII) all having their maximum damage range increa

Modern Warfare 3 delivers the traditional Call of Duty experience, complete with an action-packed campaign mode and robust multiplayer offerings. Both Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone have seen consistent updates during their respective life cycles, with the two games receiving a plethora of changes in a new October 1 pa

Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software kicked off the month of October with a brand-new update for both Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 , bringing a handful of bug fixes and balance adjustments to the popular first-person shooters. While the latest Warzone update did see the Crossbow from Modern Warfare 2 receive an impressive buff, with an increase in bolt velocity and a decrease in gravity influence, it was Modern Warfare 3 that saw a huge number of weapons once again become viable options within the game’s multiplayer mo

It’s difficult to pick the best from Fragpunk and Valorant. The games have many similarities. This isn’t a surprise, as Fragpunk uses other shooter games as inspiration and borrows elements from them. However, it has unique things that set it apart from the competit

A new update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has made some unexpected balance adjustments to classic weapons from 2022’s Modern Warfare 2 , with a plethora of shotguns, handguns, marksman rifles, and more receiving substantial buffs. While there are only a few short weeks until the release of Black Ops 6 , it looks like developer Sledgehammer Games is attempting to give Modern Warfare 3 a big send-off by bringing some iconic weapons back into the

That’s not to say I disapprove entirely with the series’ recent trend in relying solely on mere three-route, choke-point maps with blatant kill areas. Put simply, there’s nothing better than playing the Sniper; picking a perfectly unnoticeable spot to lie down (or at least what one might consider perfect) and playing the waiting game. Yeh apparently snipers aren’t meant to take cover and wait — what a stupid idea. In essence, it’s been a while since the humble Sniper was approached with as much the same consideration as those who saw themselves the SMG bearer or Shotgun wielder. Seeing the more spacious maps with a visual touch-up here and there — not unlike the return of a simpler kill-streak system — could offer an interesting question on how design factors in, if at all, to the annual Call of Duty Fps game cheats.

But if it means a shift in infrastructure as a nice accompaniment to CoD’s current build, why not? Yet if we look at this in the long-term, from a complete series perspective, how will this affect the spread of the entire player-base and as a result, would this ultimately alter the possible player-count for Infinite Warfare’s activity across its many iterations? It’s unclear whether or not the next entry will follow along similar lines and continue to support previous-gen consoles, but while Ghost’s PS3/Xbox 360 releases could be regarded as developer uncertainty on the popularity of new consoles at the time, its safe to say seeing Black Ops 3 not a total eighth-gen title was boggling given the sizeable sales figures of both PS4 & Xbox One units by 2015. As such, if this remaster goes one step further and evolves into a full three-game series collection, will this only spread the player-base further? Thinning it into numerously ongoing titles and thus, raise an interesting debate on whether past or present ideals are in fact the more popular go-to for an annual multiplayer shoot-fest?
